Can I change or cancel my order once it's place?
Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel your order or delivery details once your order has been placed.
Do you accept refund on sale items?
Sale & discounted items are valid for online credit. items discounted at 40% or more of the original RRP are final sale & cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all orders via Australia Post or DHL Express. Please note these orders cannot be sent to a PO box address as your parcel will require a signature on delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
What is a pre-order?
From time to time, we will offer products available for pre-order online. Preorders provide our customers with the opportunity to secure a product before the stock has arrived. The estimated delivery date for a pre-order product will be listed on the product page.
What are the payment options?
We accept payment via major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Alipay.

Are the garments true to size?
