Returns

VTGMAMA will gladly refund, exchange or issue online credit for full price items that are returned using the correct returns process. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment & do not include a refund of postage costs. Refunds will not be provided for 'Return To Sender' parcels.

When returning an order, we recommend the parcel by sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as VTGMAMA does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, & free of damage & with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear or jewelry for hygienic reasons. Items must be returned within 14 for receiving  days of receiving the orders. Returns after this date cannot be accepted, the item will be returned to the sender.

Timless Pieces

Pre-owned goods sold at VTGMAMA have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity. As such, these valuable and timeless pieces should be treated with great care as with new items, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Sale Item

Sale, discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for an online credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale & discounted items. Please note, items discounted at 40% or more of the original RRP are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
